Roots Ventures OS

Roots Ventures OS is an AI-native operations platform for private-market investment firms — venture funds, family offices and angel syndicates — covering dealflow, portfolio companies, investor relations and fund administration in one place. It connects a firm's Google Workspace — Gmail, Drive and Google Sheets — so the team can read, reply to and organise mail with AI-assisted triage, search and manage fund documents, and view and edit trackers, without leaving the app.

It is not a public product: access is restricted to authorised users of participating firms. It is currently in private deployment with Roots Ventures Lp, a venture capital fund in Mumbai, India. The application is built and operated by Ekalon Solutions.
